I have really cheap electricity, 0.015$ KWh.
I can mine nearly whatever you want but I don't want to invest in mining hardware.
If you live in France we can meet, if you don't but trust me, you can also ship me the materials.
I'll take a % of benefits, but it is still better than have some miners who can't work because of elecricity price.
I'm also open to other high electricty consumption deal
